Our design services include:

1. Cloning: We will clone your gene of interest into our expression vector. This cloning strategy fuses your gene of interest to our modified bacterial toxin via a GGS2 linker with an N-terminal His-tag. We then transform this construct into E. coli BLR DE3.

2. Expression Optimization: We will optimize the conditions ensuring that your immunogen of interest is well expressed.

3. Protein Expression: We will purify your immunogen.

4. Delivery: We will provide you with 0.5 mg of your T cell immunogen of interest. We will also provide you with your E. coli expression construct.
